Wow, I've got less than 18 days left at work.

Friends and family are asking me how the job search is going. What do I say?

Yes, I've been looking. No, I haven't found anything.

I don't know what I want to do! So, it's hard to look.

Every time someone asks me how the job search is going, I feel guilty and useless. Why aren't I looking harder? I'm afraid to get back into a job that I hate just to have money to pay the rent. I'd rather risk the time and try and figure out something that I might enjoy. I'm sure it won't pay as much or be as high profile, but maybe I would be happy...

Any ideas?
