I have a favorite little gourmet cheese, produce and flower shop that always has something that I haven't seen before. Yesterday I found these little beauties...
Do you know what they are? They are Gooseberries and are each wrapped in a little parchment-like skin that protects their beautiful golden orange skin. Their taste? Like a little orange lime berry. So interesting and fun to eat, like a little present each time you unwrap one. Plus, take a look at their skins, aren't they intricate?
I love finding new things to intrigue me and provide little bits of new into my life. It's the little things that matter, don't you think?
