Summer isn't officially over until September 21st...

Yes, I realize it's September, but there are a few things I haven't done yet this summer.  Before summer is officially over on the 21st I'm going to try to hit some of these classics...okay, more than a few.  I could use a little help from the weather gods though. 

Aunt Carrie's Clam Cakes in Galilee, RI.  One of my extended extended family still works here.  They are open weekends through September.
