So, can you believe it's already Race week? I can't! As you know, I've been struggling a little with my food intake and exercise plan this month. However, I am pushing forward for Saturday.
Saturday is the 5K in a nearby town here. It's a Fun race, so the good news is that I can walk when I need to without being judged by anyone!
This week's pace is Run 4 minutes, and Walk 1, so that is what I plan to do during the race. I've got my GYMBOSS all programmed and ready to go, as well as my mp3 player loaded with my race playlist.
I'm not sure if I've shared it before, but here it is.
It's a mixture of songs with a high bpm and just old favorites. I don't have a lot of slow songs since even when I'm walking I want to keep getting my groove on! :) Please don't judge me for my Miley Cyrus, Ashley Tisdale and Mandy Moore. I am not ashamed. Okay, I am...but the songs do keep me going! (You can click on the photo below to get a bigger list).
